I used to believe that extreme dedication and visible abs equalled health. I pushed hard, trained intensely, and followed strict nutrition protocols. The result? I lost my period, my energy, and my sense of balance.
I realised you can loose weight quickly — but it’s rarely sustainable, and the cost wasn’t worth it. The visible abs didn’t mean I was healthy.
That’s why I now focus on sustainable, evidence-based nutrition and training that builds strength, supports longevity, and enhances your everyday life. No quick fixes. No extremes. Just real, lasting change.
