It is important to note that practitioners do not diagnose or treat disease and recommendations are not a replacement for medical advice; however, practitioners often collaborate with medical professionals to amplify the support provided.

12-week signature programme 

From my experience working with clients, the best way to build sustainable habits and achieve long-term results is through consistent work over time—typically 12 weeks or more. That’s why I offer a signature 12-week programme designed to help you reset your health, build strong habits, and reach your goals. This is a structured, supportive journey ideal for anyone ready to commit to meaningful, lasting change. You’ll receive a detailed nutritional, lifestyle, and supplement plan via email. Together, we’ll agree on a personalised strategy tailored to your needs, health goals, and personal circumstances. Where relevant, I may recommend functional laboratory testing to uncover deeper insights. The programme includes:

  •  Initial 90-minute consultation - A comprehensive video session where we explore your full health history, symptoms, diet, lifestyle, and goals. This helps lay the foundation for a deeply personalised plan tailored specifically to your needs.

  • Three 45-minute follow-up sessions - Usually spaced every four weeks, these check-ins are designed to monitor progress, keep you on track, and make any necessary adjustments—always realistic and achievable for your lifestyle.

  • Three 15-minute accountability calls - Short check-ins between follow-ups to help you stay motivated and supported. If you're feeling stressed, I can offer focused meditation sessions tailored to your current needs.

  • Ongoing support between sessions - You’ll have access to me via email and WhatsApp for any questions or concerns. I’m here to support you every step of the way.

This programme is perfect for those ready to make meaningful changes and receive ongoing, personalised support.

One-to-One Nutritional Therapy Consultation (90 minutes)​

This is a comprehensive online video consultation where we’ll explore your health history, symptoms, diet, and lifestyle. You’ll receive tailored nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle advice based on your needs. Prior to the session, you'll be asked to complete a pre-session questionnaire. After our consultation, I’ll take time to craft a detailed plan and send it directly to your email. This option is ideal for those seeking personalised and clinical support, but who don’t require a long-term programme.

Health MOT

This is a relaxed conversation to review your current diet and health goals. We'll go over a 24-hour food recall and explore simple nutrition and lifestyle improvements, including potential supplement suggestions. You’ll receive a follow-up email summarising my advice.
