Allow me to introduce myself—I'm not just your nutritionist; I'm also a Personal Trainer and the enthusiastic mind behind unique fitness classes. From Bounce and Burn on mini trampolines to Yoga & meditation, Pilates, and heart-pounding spin classes, we're about to embark on a health adventure together.



Health as a Journey, Not a Destination

At Trip To Be Fit, we perceive health as an ongoing journey rather than a fixed destination. In today's fast-paced world, achieving optimal well-being involves addressing multiple aspects of life. It's not just about what you eat; it's about stress management, burnout prevention, relaxation techniques, weight loss strategies, and improving sleep quality.


Why I'm writing this blog?

I'm passionate about sharing insights, experiences, and knowledge. This blog is an extension of that passion—a platform to connect with individuals and offer a source of motivation, support and valuable information and hopefully have a positive impact on your health journey! What to expect? Original gluten- free recipes, fitness and health tips, motivational posts, facts or fictions about the nutrition, and lots about stress and mindfulness!


Riding into Wellness with a Smile

In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, it's easy to get lost in the routine, forgetting the vital ingredient that adds color and purpose—passion - a necessity for a truly fulfilling life!

Why am I mentioning it? Engaging in activities we love has a profound impact on mental well-being acting as a natural stress-reliever, contributing significantly to overall happiness and life satisfaction.


My first advice to improve your health? Embrace your passions, whether big or small! No matter what that means to you. Cultivate a life where every day is infused with purpose.


So... here is a little bit about me - Riding motorcycles and being in mountains are my biggest personal passions, adding a touch of adventure, happiness and freedom to my wellness journey. So... if I'm not available for consultations or cancelled my finesses classes, I'm probably trekking in Nepal, hiking in Polish Tatry or visiting Scotland! (Even then I probably will be available on What's App to answer your questions! ;)





In the end of the day... your wellness is not just about diet and exercise. It includes mental and emotional well-being, adequate sleep, meaningful connections with others, and the ability to manage stress effectively.
