Allow me to introduce myself— I'm Domi, nutritionist, Personal Trainer, classes instructor and trainee Mountain Leader. I also work for BioCare as Clinical Nutritionist providing expert nutritional and product advice. I love being outdoors and I'm an adrenaline junkie. Riding motorcycles, snowboarding and mountaineering are my biggest personal passions. On weekends, you'll often find me hiking somewhere in the Brecon Beacons or exploring other mountainous places. My personal experiences, rich background in holistic wellbeing deeply influence my practices allowing me to share my knowledge, love for outdoors, and guide others on their health journey.

I perceive health as an ongoing journey rather than a fixed destination. Achieving good health isn't about reaching a specific end goal and stopping there. It's an ongoing process that requires continuous effort and making right daily choices. It's all about consistency. What you do today, is going to influence your physical and mental health in 1, 5, 10, 30 years...
In today's fast-paced world, achieving optimal wellbeing involves addressing multiple aspects of life targeting physical and mental health holistically. Longevity and being healthy is about lifelong habits, progress and adaptation.
What is my mission?
My mission is to empower individuals to achieve and MAINTAIN optimal health by helping them build lasting habits with a long-term perspective on sustaining these changes, not just for short-term goals. I focus on muscle mass, longevity and relaxation. I also offer expert guidance on nutrition and supplementation to support specific health conditions and concerns such as energy, gut health, metabolic health, weight management and mobility. Through working as Clinical Nutritionist over 3 years I learned a lot about specific health conditions, supplementation and supported many individuals on their health journey.
I'm passionate about sharing insights, experiences, and knowledge. This blog is an extension of that passion—a platform to connect with individuals and offer a source of motivation, support and valuable information and hopefully have a positive impact on your health journey!
